Cloud Infrastructure

Realtime Conveyancer’s cloud infrastructure is maintained by Servers Australia. Servers Australia is a 100% Australian owned hosting provider and operates in over 8 Data Centres across Australia with a significant Equinix Data Centre presence in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. All of our facilities are interconnected by a carrier-grade network. Servers Australia maintains its infrastructure and client data in Data Centres that hold multiple certifications including:

All facilities have a minimum security requirement of:

Data Encryption

Realtime Conveyancer is accessed via HTTPS using Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS is a cryptographic protocol designed to protect information transmitted over the internet, against eavesdropping, tampering, and message forgery. Once client data reaches Realtime Conveyancer’s cloud infrastructure, all information is then encrypted at rest, using AES , encryption. This is done to protect client information in the event a Realtime Conveyancer server is compromised.

Employee Vetting

All Realtime Conveyancer’s staff and contractors who have direct access to our cloud infrastructure must go through an extensive vetting process, which includes police background checks, to ensure only bona fide team members are selected to look after our core platform.

Service Availability

Realtime Conveyancer has been designed to be a highly available, active-active solution.

Data Ownership

The data contained in Realtime Conveyancer remains the property of the licensed subscriber.

Backup Policy

Realtime Conveyancer servers are backed up multiple times daily, weekly and monthly as well as live-copies to our High Availability servers.

System Monitoring

The Realtime Conveyancer system is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
