When will I be charged when I sign up to Realtime Conveyancer?
With Realtime Conveyancer there are no monthly fees or costs per seat. You will be charged per Matter processed through the platform and invoiced monthly. Our terms of invoice are 14 days.

How do I get help using Realtime Conveyancer?
Clients have access to phone or email support during work hours through our helpdesk, or to 24-hour, seven-day-a-week assistance with our AI, Ruby. We also have help cards that can be downloaded and printed from inside Realtime Conveyancer.
What do I need to do to prepare my team for using Realtime Conveyancer?

What does the setup and activation of Realtime Conveyancer involve?
From the time you sign up to the time you’re working easily in the Realtime Conveyancer system typically takes four weeks, depending on the focus of you and your team (but we can certainly do it faster if you want!)

How long does it take to train and learn how to use Realtime Conveyancer?
We recommend a one-hour onboarding session with you as the principal, or your office manager to set up your processes and templates and orient you to the system.
We then follow that up with a 2-hour team training session where we show your people how to do their day-to-day tasks and show them through the system.
This works for most offices, but additional training sessions or one on one training for team members who need additional help can be arranged. (We get it. Some people need a bit more hand-holding when it comes to technology).
What states does Realtime Conveyancer operate in?

Realtime Conveyancer is integrated with third party suppliers including Pexa, Livesign, Stewart Title, Office 365 and Movinghub. More integrations are coming soon.

Is Realtime Conveyancer suitable for legal firms?
Yes Realtime Conveyancer is suitable for legal firms who do conveyancing. Our clients stretch from sole operators through to some of the country's largest legal conveyancing teams.
Do I need to be a licensed conveyancer to use Realtime Conveyancer?
You need to be a practising conveyancer to use Realtime Conveyancer successfully and operate under the licensing legislation applicable in your state. It is not designed to be used by buyers or sellers.

How do I know Realtime Conveyancer is safe to use?
At Realtime Conveyancer cyber security and data privacy are our highest priorities and embedded in the systems and infrastructure we employ.
Realtime Conveyancer utilises Microsoft Azure, a leading cloud computing platform known for its advanced security features and compliance certifications that ensures you and your client’s data is encrypted during transmission and while at rest, using industry-standard protocols such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
Who will own or have access to my data if I use Realtime Conveyancer?
At Realtime Conveyancer, it is our policy that conveyancers own their own data. Our commitment is to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your data, and we do not claim any ownership or additional rights to the data you entrust to our system.
We do have the ability to access the data that conveyancers input into our system however this access is strictly limited to support purposes to help identify the issue and fix it.
Like most proptechs and conveyancing technology providers, we do reserve the right to collect, aggregate, monitor and use usage data to improve the functionality, performance and further development of the service we provide.
But this does not include any of your client data. This means that we use the data in our system that shows us how you and your team are using the Realtime Conveyancer platform to constantly improve what we do. But we do not look at your individual client names, addresses or individual records.
Where is my data stored with Realtime Conveyancer?
All data stored by Realtime Conveyancer is done so in data centres within Australia. This ensures that your data is not only secure but also compliant with data residency regulations.

How secure is the Pathway to Settlement app with Realtime Conveyancer?
The Pathway to Settlement app is built using the same commitment to cyber security and data privacy as our main platform.
How does Realtime Conveyancer handle privacy concerns?
At Realtime Conveyancer we have an easily accessible process for you to correct, update or request deletion of your data from our platform including your contact details in our marketing database. There is also a complaints process. This information is included in our Privacy Policy.
If I decide to leave Realtime Conveyancer, how do I get my data back?
It’s our default stance at Realtime Conveyancer to support data portability, allowing you to easily retrieve your data if you decide to end our services.
Should you decide to cancel your licence, you can choose to go through an offboarding process within 14 days of the Licence term ending. We will prepare a quote for Off-Boarding Services and act reasonably in preparing a quote based on our genuine estimate of the actual costs plus a reasonable margin.
We will then undertake any activities required to provide you with the Off-Boarding Services and will continue to provide Off-Boarding Services to you for a minimum period of 7 years from the end of the Licence Term. You can read more in our Master Service Terms
