Realtime Conveyancer System Requirements

Minimum system requirements

  • Processor: Intel i5 (dual-core or higher) with 8GB memory and 256GB storage, or equivalent.
  • Operating Systems:Windows 10 or above
  • MacOS (previously referred to as Apple iOS) 15.8 or above
  • iPadOS for iPad
  • Compatible Linux distributions
  • Chrome OS 95 or similar
  • Web Browser: Latest Stable version of Google Chrome (version 118.0.5993.117 for Mac and Linux, 118.0.5993.117/.118 for Windows) or Mozilla Firefox version 120.0.1. Other modern browsers like Safari, Edge, and Opera are also supported but not recommended.
  • Recommended Display: Minimum 13" screen size. The application is also optimised for modern tablets (e.g., iPad, Samsung Tab) with recommended browsers.

Multi-factor Authentication:

For enhanced security, a smartphone with one of the following authentication apps is required:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Auth0 Guardian
  • Microsoft Authenticator

Minimum Internet Access:

  • Small Teams (up to 5 users):
    High-speed broadband with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed.
  • Medium Teams (6 to 10 users):
    Business-grade broadband with at least 250 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed.
  • Large Teams (more than 10 users):
    A dedicated, commercial-grade fiber connection is strongly recommended, with at least 500 Mbps symmetric speeds (download and upload). For mission-critical workloads, consider 1 Gbps or higher.

Any users with internet speeds below this may be experiencing issues because of their internet quality.
