The Realtime Customer Product Panel is Launching!

At Realtime Conveyancer, everything we do comes back to one question: what do our users need?


Since launching, we’ve been lucky to grow alongside a passionate community of practitioners who are thoughtful, switched-on, and full of brilliant ideas. You’ve told us what works, what could work better, and what you wish existed. And now, we’re making it even easier for you to shape the future of the Realtime platform.


We're excited to officially announce the launch of the Realtime Customer Product Panel. This panel is a new initiative designed to give our users a direct line into the product development process.

What is the Customer Product Panel (CPP)?

The CPP is a small group of Realtime users who will meet virtually every two months to provide feedback on upcoming features, offer insights into your needs and your processes, and help shape how the platform evolves. You’ll be part of a collaborative, solutions-focused group that brings the user voice directly into the room where decisions are made.

Who are we looking for?

We’re building a panel that represents the full breadth of our customer base - from solo conveyancers & legal practitioners to larger firms, across both metro and regional areas, and from WA to SA. We want to hear from power users settling hundreds of matters a year, as well as from those just getting comfortable. So long as you have ideas and a passion for improving how conveyancing technology works, we want to hear from you.

What’s involved?

  • Virtual meetings every two months
  • Sneak peeks and early input into upcoming features
  • Opportunities to test and provide feedback on new tools
  • A collaborative space to share ideas, pain points, and solutions
  • User Acceptance Testing for new features and enhancements

We’ll guide the discussions based on features we’re looking to introduce and your insights will be heard first-hand by our product and development team. Your voice will help shape features before they go live.

When can you apply?

Nominations for the first Customer Product Panel open on Tuesday, 11 June 2025 and close on Tuesday, 25 June 2025. All successful panellists will serve an initial 12-month term, so your commitment over this period is key.

We’ll review all applications and announce the successful panel members shortly after the applications close.

Please note: only one representative per business is eligible to join the panel. If you’re not the Primary Account Contact for your organisation, but would love to get involved, be sure to have a chat with your team and coordinate your nomination.

Why are we doing this?

Because we know that the best ideas don’t always come from us. They often come from the people using Realtime every single day - you!  This is your platform. And this is your chance to help shape where it goes next.
