License & Payment Details

Realtime Conveyancer’s Transaction Management System services are billed monthly on a per-transaction basis as outlined below. Realtime Conveyancer’s Pathway to Settlement Application services are billed monthly on a per-settled transaction basis. In both instances, where the conveyancing firm is acting for both the seller and the buyer this is considered two transactions for billing purposes.

In addition to the Service Fee detailed below, a one time, non-refundable on-boarding fee will be payable.

This Client Application Form and our Master Service Terms (which are attached to this Client Application Form or, otherwise made available to you including by email) will form the basis of our contract with you for the use of the Realtime Conveyancer’s Software (including the Transaction Management System). This Client Application Form is a “Client Form” for the purposes of our Master Service Terms. Terms defined in the Master Service Terms have the same meaning when used in this Client Application Form unless otherwise stated.

Subject to our Master Service Terms, by completing this Client Application Form you agree to pay the following:

Onboarding Fee (ex-GST) – this will be included on your first invoice

Each Pathway to Settlement Transaction includes the use of one e-Signing document envelope at no additional charge for use in that specific Transaction.

Additional e-Signing document envelopes incur a fee as noted below, which will be added to the Realtime Conveyancer Monthly Cost and invoiced to you.
