From his beginnings in a law firm to managing settlements and finally launching his own business, Les has witnessed the industry's evolution firsthand. And when it came to setting up his own conveyancing venture, Les made a conscious decision to embrace the digital age. "The opportunity to go digital far outweighed the old-school methods," he explains. "No more paper mountains, clunky filing cabinets, or storage headaches!"   But Les's pursuit of efficiency goes beyond ditching paper. He chose Realtime Conveyancer after experiencing its streamlined functionality firsthand. "It was a no-brainer," he recalls. "The efficiency of Realtime compared to other platforms I'd used was undeniable." Beyond technology, Les is passionate about achieving a healthy work-life balance. After years of managing a demanding workload of 400-500 files annually, he launched his own business with the goal of reclaiming his personal time. "It was a challenging first year," Les admits. But he soon implemented strategies to prioritise his well-being, including reducing weekend work, setting a strict 4 PM cutoff for work tasks, and creating space to unwind in the evenings. "These changes have made a world of difference," Les shares. "I'm finally able to disconnect from work and enjoy my personal life, including getting back into golf!"
