Help yourself! Realtime launches new Knowledge Base

Realtime Conveyancer-May-23-2025-02-30-48-1548-AM

We are excited to announce a major new resource to help our clients get the most out of Realtime Conveyancer with the launch of our new Knowledge Base.

The Realtime Knowledge Base is a library of helpful guides and “how tos” that step users through all the features inside Realtime Conveyancer. It also provides handy tips, shortcuts and demonstrations to build new skills and get help quickly.

The Knowledge Base has also been connected up to Ruby, Realtime Conveyancer’s AI assistant, informing her answers. Ruby will also now provide links to articles in the Knowledge Centre.

Realtime founder and CEO Kylie Dillon said the Knowledge Base is an important initiative to help clients transform their business.

“Every time we launch a new feature or product, information on how it works and how to use it will be shared in the Knowledge Base,” said Kylie.

“All of the information is also connected to Ruby, our AI assistant, improving the quality of the help she offers and providing answers on our latest features.”

Clients can access the Realtime Knowledge Base at any time of the day or night making it perfect for quick problem solving if you're in the middle of a task after hours.

“We know a lot of conveyancers work overtime and it can be frustrating if you get stuck after hours and there is no one to ask for help,” Kylie said.

“For this reason the Knowledge Base has its own powerful search feature to help you find what you need and get you back on track quickly and it is linked to our AI assistant Ruby, who will provide links to help articles when you ask a question about how to complete a task.”

The Realtime Knowledge Base is only accessible to Realtime clients and leverages the user’s Realtime credentials via Single Sign On (SSO), linking to the same security protocol used in the Realtime Conveyancer platform.

The Realtime Knowledge Base can be accessed via the new Help icon on the top right of your Realtime dashboard or by asking Ruby a question.
